Community and viewer briefs

A CRM that builds itself from chat, plus AI briefs on regulars. Memory is a separate, streamer-owned store for game state.

Community profiles accumulate from ordinary chat across Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. You do not type them in. Search past chatters, open a profile, and read what they have been on about.

Viewer briefs are the live version of that memory: a two-line whisper when someone talks. Briefs are included on the trial and on paid plans. They are ops-capped in the product, not billed per look-up, and they do not spend your creative AI credit wallet.

Memory is not Community

Memory (in the app sidebar) is streamer-owned game state: wins, counters, inventories, whatever an Element or chat command writes. It is not a loyalty wallet and not the community CRM. AI overlays and commands can read and update Memory when you bind them.
