Xbox and PlayStation

Connecting a channel is what turns StreamChum on. The console stays the encoder. Open Live Center on a phone, tablet, or laptop and you get chat you can read, timeouts that land, automod, Actions, and viewer briefs. You do not need a capture card for any of that. Start now

1. Create an account at signup. Fourteen-day desk trial, no card.
2. Open the app. Settings, Channels. Xbox: connect Twitch, that is the only native destination. PlayStation: connect Twitch or YouTube, whichever you Broadcast to. Connect both if you switch nights.
3. Go live from the console the way you already do: Twitch app on Xbox, or PS5 Broadcast to Twitch or YouTube.
4. Keep Live Center open on the other screen. Timeouts, deletes, and bans land on the source platform.

StreamChum does not install on Xbox or PlayStation. Native Broadcast is still one destination. Kick and a second platform on the same picture wait until you add a capture card.

Add HDMI into a USB capture card when you want a webcam on the layout, branded overlays, or Twitch plus YouTube plus Kick from one encode. Then go live from Studio on Windows. The desk you already connected does not change.

1. HDMI from the console into a USB capture card (Elgato, AVerMedia, and similar). Most people send 1080p60 into the card.
2. Open Studio and add a Camera source. Pick the capture card. Add a webcam if you want a facecam.
3. Drop in branded overlays as browser sources.
4. Enable go-live destinations under Settings, Channels, then hit Go live. Details on go live.

If you already use OBS, add the same card as a video capture device and pair the OBS plugin. You do not need Studio and OBS together.
